🗞️🗞️🗞️🗞️🗞️🗞️🗞️🗞️ The hub is going to try doing a monthly newsletter to keep everyone up to date: Upcoming projects within the hub and what we’ve been working on. Tamfourhill net zero and energy efficiency hub - The hub has secured 80% funding from Community and Renewable energy scheme. We have applied for funding for the other 20% match funding. This project will see the hub installing a a 24kW air to water ASHP system, 10 kWp solar PV system, 5 kWh battery storage systems and energy efficiency measures including - LED lightning, cavity wall installation, loft insulation, draft proofing, and heating controls. This will reduce our energy costs and make the hub more sustainable for the future. Due to being successful with the community choices via Falkirk Council we will also be upgrading the women’s and Disabled toilets. #communityupdate #projectsgoingforward
