Has anyone here been getting nonstop calls from Simms Associates? I’ve been receiving multiple calls a day from them, and sometimes they don’t even leave a voicemail. When I do pick up, they’re really pushy and won’t clearly explain why they’re calling. I tried asking for something in writing, but they just keep calling back from different numbers.

What worked for you? Did sending a cease and desist letter or filing a complaint help at all? I’m tired of my phone blowing up and would really like to know how others got them to stop.
