I’m currently living in a property managed by the company and recently heard about the hawthorne residential partners lawsuit. I’m wondering whether residents should be concerned or if this matter is limited to corporate legal issues. 

Has anyone received guidance from management regarding changes in policies or operations? I’d also like to know whether ongoing lawsuits typically affect property services or lease agreements.
